Just my day to day stuff. Computers, Family and Life. Two kids in the U.S. Navy and one in the U.S. Army
WOW!!! What a differance since I went through boot camp. I see a whole lot of good, new stuff, but to be honest....it didn't seem as tough and rigorous as it was in 1963. Service week was also called "Hell Week", because on average, you only got about two hours sleep a day for 7 days. I guess they've done away with that type of thinking and improved in many area's. Good for your daughter amigo....I hope she makes it all the way through...it'll make an adult out of her.....Giver her my best....Cookie....
Service Week is gone. That time is now used for extra training. They get about 6-8 hrs sleep a day. Depending on weather they have watch or not that night.
