Apple has released software updates for the Mac OS X platform that fixes at least 31 security vulnerabilities. Patch includes fixes for Safari, and the Keychain password storage application.
Updates are available for Mac OS X v10.3.9, Mac OS X Server v10.3.9, Mac OS X v10.4.6 and Mac OS X Server v10.4.6 via Apple Downloads or using the built-in Software Update.
Also released is a new version of Quicktime for both Windows and Mac. Version 7.1 fixes a security hole that could allow attackers to take over systems. You can download this from the Apple Quicktime page.
